At Celliniuomo, our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to Cellini Uomo within 14 days of original purchase date for store credit or refund on same method of payment used for original purchase. Any merchandise received after 14 days of original purchase is eligible for store credit only.
Merchandise being returned for refund/exchange must be in unused, unworn, unaltered and in original packaging, with all
original packaging materials (shoe horns, shoe bags, etc.) otherwise it is considered final sale.
Free shipping is excluded on exchanges or items using store credit from previously returned items. Store credit can not be combined with any additional coupons or offers.
All returns must be pre-authorized. by calling Customer Service at 1-(212) 219-8657. Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer’s packaging box/bag etc. We recommend you insure your return shipment in case of loss or damage. Please use a carrier that is able to provide you with tracking number and/or proof of delivery. We will not be responsible for packages that are lost or damaged when returned to us by a customer. Please include a copy of the receipt.
