Return Policy
At Cellini Uomo, our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can send back to Cellini Uomo within 7 days of original purchase date for store credit only with RECEIPT ONLY. No Cash refunds. No charge credits.
Merchandise being returned must be in unused, unworn, unaltered and in original packaging, with all original packaging materials (shoe horns, shoe bags, etc.) otherwise it is considered final sale.
All returns must be pre-authorized by calling Customer Service at 1-(212) 219-8657. Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer’s packaging box/bag etc. We recommend you insure your return shipment in case of loss or damage. Please use a carrier that is able to provide you with tracking number and/or proof of delivery. We will not be responsible for packages that are lost or damaged when returned to us by a customer. Please include a copy of the receipt.

Exchange Policy

In-Store Layaway Policy
Use our in-store layaway service for purchasing products. A 20% down payment is required at the time of initiating the layaway agreement. The down payment and subsequent installment payments will be clearly stated in the agreement. Layaway agreements are available for a maximum duration of 45 days. 
Customers must make a regular installment payments as per the agreed-upon schedule. Installments can be made in-store or over the phone. Layaway products will be held for the customer until 45 days. No cancellation in layaway. 
After 45 days, we reserve the right to cancel the layaway agreement and charge 25% restocking fee payment made and the remaining balance will be a store credit.
No free shipping and customers pay for the shipping expenses.

We partner with Affirm and ShopPay. They have their own terms and policies. 
 
Shipping Policy
We ship to most locations within the United States as well as to American Military addresses and territories. We ship internationally. It takes minimum two weeks to deliver internationally. All orders will be shipped via USPS or UPS depending on the destination and weight of the order.  Please note that the delivery time is an estimate and does not include the order processing time. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number and link.
Free shipping is excluded on exchanges or items using store credit from previously returned items or layaway. Free Ground Shipping applies to new orders only. Items typically ship within 3-5 business days of original order date. We offer express shipping for an additional cost.
We are not responsible for any shipping delays, damages, losses, or fees due to weather, carrier issues, or incorrect or incomplete shipping information. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact the carrier to file a claim. We will assist you within our limits to resolve the issue. We recommend not to ship to PO boxes or delivery pickup locations. The customer is responsible for shipment(s) to PO boxes or pickup locations. We are not responsible for any shipping losses or damages by international or domestic carrier company(s). 
 
Store credit Policy
Store credit can not be combined with any additional coupons or offers or combine with new layaway.
