Shipping Policy

Domestic Orders (USA)

We ship to most locations within the United States as well as to American Military addresses and territories. All orders will be shipped via UPS domestically. Please note that the delivery time is an estimate and does not include the order processing time. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number and link.

  • Items typically ship within 1–2 business days from the original order date.
  • Pickup orders are ready within 2 hours.
  • Free UPS Ground shipping is available on all U.S. orders and delivers within 3–5 business days. Free Ground Shipping applies to new orders only. Free UPS shipping does not apply to:
    • Exchanges
    • Orders using store credit from previous returns
    • Layaway orders
  • Express shipping is available for an additional cost.

We are not responsible for any shipping delays, damages, losses, or fees, carrier issues, or incorrect or incomplete shipping information. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact the carrier to file a claim. We will assist you within our limits to resolve the issue. We recommend not to ship to PO boxes or delivery pickup locations. The customer is responsible for shipment(s) to PO boxes or pickup locations. We are not responsible for any shipping losses or damages by domestic carrier company(s).

International Orders (Outside the USA)

We offer international shipping on all orders. Delivery typically takes a minimum of one week, depending on the destination. All international orders are shipped via DHL or UPS, with the carrier selected based on your location and the weight of the package. Customers are responsible for any additional duties, taxes or fees imposed by the destination country.  We are not responsible for any shipping losses or damages by international carrier company(s).
