I ordered a size 10 but was shipped the WRONG SIZE! The size on the box did not match the shoes IN the box. When I called to get the situation corrected, I had to pay to send the wrong size back! Not only that, they tried to charge me shipping again to send the CORRECT size back to me. This was my 3rd pair of shoes ordering from them.
The shoes are nice but the shipping policy for an error that was made by the company should be corrected. If you make a mistake, OWN IT AND CORRECT IT without charging your consumer additional funds.
