I had purchased these shoes size eleven. When I received them size twelve so know i cant even wear them if it wasn't even let known, they were gonna make it change and didn't have my size

I purchased a short set on sale(great price) but when choosing the color it was hard to verify the color I wanted because site showed color I choose but pictures showed different set. I received the color I didn’t want so I texted store they responded within a day with a return label. Sent merchandise back and received right color. Very professional and fast to please a customer.
