I have bought several pairs of shoes from this store but this sale was absolutely ridiculous …Received them yesterday in horrible shape. No paper inside and scuffed up on the bottom and toe. After I reached out to the store they implied it was the last pair , on open display and been there for 3 years also has been tried on several times. I can’t even believe they never indicated this information before purchasing. And even sending them off to a regular customer. Absolutely disgusting. They told me to mail them back and tried to tell me that’s basic wear in the store. Honestly they should have credited me the full amount of what I purchased regardless of discounts. The sad part is I needed them for a breast cancer function and fundraiser. Be warned that the shoes you receive are not worn that are on sale.
