I ordered the black one with the pattern in the material. But that isnāt what I received. They sent me the plain black one, as if I wouldnāt notice. Instead of contacting me and asking if I would want that one or something else, or if I wanted to cancel my order, they went ahead and sent the plain one. And when I called for correction, they informed me that they didnāt have the one I wanted anymore. I could tell they knew this all along. Needless to say, IāM VERY DISAPPOINTED.
